Refund Policy
Profilespring provides a digital launch and managed website service. This policy explains how activation and recurring charges are handled.
Activation fee
The activation fee covers setup, launch preparation, configuration work, and deployment handling. Once setup work has started, the activation fee is generally non-refundable.
Monthly subscription
Monthly service charges cover hosting, upkeep, and service continuity for the active billing period. They are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the period has started.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not retroactively refund completed setup work or already-started service periods.
Exceptional cases
If we cannot deliver the service due to an issue caused solely by us and no meaningful setup work has been completed, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
