These terms govern use of Profilespring, a website launch and management service operated by Tondro Consultancy Arabia for Management Company.

Service scope

Profilespring provides website launch setup, hosted website management, and related operational support as described on the public site or in the customer’s service agreement.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and authorized contact details
• Ensure submitted content and branding materials can be lawfully used
• Review launch materials and notify us promptly of any corrections needed

Billing

Activation fees and recurring service charges are payable according to the selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of hosting or service continuity.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity. We may refuse or suspend service if continued operation would create legal, compliance, or platform risk.

Ownership

Each customer retains rights to their own business information and approved content. Profilespring retains ownership of its operational systems, templates, workflows, and service methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without guarantees of rankings, traffic, or business outcomes beyond the service work itself.
